My name is Daniela Del Villar.
I have worked for the organic food industry for the past 7 years.
Back in 2013 I was parto of a team that developed the Manual of Good Practices for Organic Processed Food Management, Sanitation and Contamination Prevention for the SANJOMO organic market in Baja California Sur.
I have training on standards that come handy in these times to minimize rrisk of contamination.
Our staff and vendors are trained to keep hygiene protocols during the whole process, of managing produce until it reaches yur doorstep. This minimizes spread and exposure to the virus, this benefits not only you but all the chain of collaborators that brings food to the tables of this beautiful town.

We disinfect our vehicles with soap, bleach and alcohol at the beginning of every day and during our deliveries.
